Summer, Sun, Seiser Alm!
Go for it: Rise from your deck chair and get in your hiking boots. Just make the first step, and then another one and another … be curious!
While walking around you can discover countless things: Flowers and animals, small ones and big ones, thoughts and emotions, your inner map.
Starting from the Aussergost manor in Seis or from the Gostner Schwaige on the Seiser Alm in the Dolomites you will have a wide range of possibilities: strolling, hiking, mountaineering and climbing. It is not rare to be able to hear bird callings or marmot-whistles.
We have many options for all different kind of bikers here, but to be honest, we don’t have many flat bike tracks.
Returning after walking for some kilometers, or a bicycle tour and the stomach full of delicious “Heublütensuppe”(Soup made of hay, flowers and herbs) or Rhubarb-strudel (a special pie) you may want to take the opportunity to rest a little in the bathing lake Völser Weiher or in the swimming pool in Telfen near Kastelruth.
